1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel an Order

Our support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled, the full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
4. Orders Cancelled by GRAPH 19
GRAPH 19 reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

Unserviceable delivery location
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
